Tomek Czyżewski Band at KATO Blues FACES — a night that reminded us why we love Staromiejska 13!
That evening at KATO Blues FACES brought exactly what we value most about this place: a packed venue, great people, blues-rock fire, and music that never let up for a single moment.
From the very first minutes, the atmosphere promised a concert that would stay in people’s memories — and that’s exactly what happened.
On stage was Tomasz “Czyżo” Czyżewski Band, performing material from the latest album, “Gitara i miłość” (2026). It’s a project that combines an American-style sound with Polish sensitivity — honest, emotional, and full of musical storytelling. That night, it came alive in full force: intense, authentic, and packed with energy.
The band performed as a four-piece lineup that proved from the very first notes that there was chemistry, experience, and natural stage freedom between the musicians:
- Tomasz “Czyżo” Czyżewski — vocals, guitar
- Jacek “Iron” Falkiewicz — guitar
- Wojtek Koptas — bass guitar
- Leszek Tarasiński — drums
Together, they created the sound of the evening: guitar dialogues, pulsating grooves, improvisations that carried the audience away, and that distinctive energy that makes you forget about everything except the music.
And the crowd? Absolutely incredible! It was packed, loud, and beautiful. Everyone had an amazing time! That shared energy, the close connection with the stage, and the atmosphere are exactly what give concerts at Staromiejska 13 their unique character.
It was the kind of concert you leave with a smile and one thought:
“That’s exactly why we love Staromiejska 13.”
Thank you for being there with us.
Until next time — because these are the kinds of nights we want to experience here as often as possible!
